22. Two things on the guy taking pictures. First, it's completely legal to take pictures of anyone/anything in a 'public space'. Asking him about it is fine. But demanding he delete them is not. There is no right to privacy in a public area.
    Second. He is obviously a creep. As I stated earlier. It's ok to ask. In his case, his guilty actions show he was following them specifically.
    But again. He did not need to delete those photos. He did nothing illegal.
