1. My mum had one "Gelbstirn Amazone" for 40 years. I also had him on my shoulder and played with him as a child. Mum adopted then a romanian Dog that caught and ate him.😭

31. Parrots eat mostly vegetables, fruits,nuts, and certain insects, and certain flowers, avocado and chocolate is poisonous, and bird seed I guess shouldn't be a meal,should be a treat,I guess

45. I also had one of these growing up it got very old in older than 65 years. These birds need alot of play and socialization, can even play with a dog it used to ride on the back of my German Shepard.
