33. That other one seemed like it was blown out of proportion. I’m not saying the guy was a saint but to confront him because omg he signed on the top and not the bottom and then not accept it and hit him with theft of service.

    That’s ridiculous I used to be a bar tender and our supervisor told us if someone signed on another location as opposed on the bottom to try to ask them nicely about it. If they started to get upset just leave it and give it to our supervisor and not escalate the situation. They would run it because at the end of the day the signature is still there.

    And as long as the card clears and we get the money to then just send them on their way. Luckily we never had any situation like that.
