Dumbass idiots, I tell you. That spectral could have been a Jinn or some hermit demon looking out for victim that they can possess or something. I’m a strong believer in if a supernatural entity tries to possess a living person but the person isn’t ‘open’ and has their natural barriers up, the entity may not be able to attach itself, but if after the fact your hindsight has become aware of the missed incident, because you’ve become consciously aware, by revisiting that same route again you are basically ‘inviting’ that negative entity as your awareness can have compromised your natural defensive and leave you open for an attack and/or attachment, so never go back. At the end of the day, if people actually paid attention to their intuition, (and we all have it,) there would be the incredible amount of supernatural infestation going on around, (mainly in America.) So people need to start paying attention to what that ‘little voice’ in her ear is telling you, (strangely mine seems to be behind my right ear, and when it’s direct communications it’s always above my left ear whether it’s audible or emotional feelings. Unfortunately I’m not psychic, just I still have soul-bonds with my deceased loved ones.)

Top five animals ,beings that are spotted in in the US are smelled and or heard first before seen or captured on video 1 a funky wet dog or wet fur old homeless person garbage strong skunk like smell , might be from getting spraied when Hunting a skunk as a part of it's diet possibly .will knock on wood or tree trunks through rocks to scare pasa bye away ,not known to be unless provoced agressive towards humans ,unless provoked.May be the the animal behind a whooping at night or human like whooping howl and roaring associated with yeti , Sasquatch, Bigfoot,or skunk ape witch I think is the same or in the same family just a different habitat but in the same family or a branch off . 2 a wet dog skunk like smell or old blood or rotten meat smell homeless. Rotten meat, blood ,and wet dog or fur smell amines. Highly agressive and dangerous to humans in my opinion,Grauls roars howling associated with the Dog Man , Warewolves exc. 3 aminos smell of rotten meat or garbage accompanied by a strong smell of sulfur and burnt flesh and rotten meat and burnt skin , a clicking sound most likely echo location in my opinion
