Please always adopt rescue dogs. Please don’t support breeding, especially the breeding of dogs like French bulldogs, English bulldogs and pugs, as these are some of the most unhealthy breeds there are. It is downright animal cruelty to breed them.

The cross I was most interested in was me crossing over to the pound, rescuing a nice pooch that isn’t overly aggressive, is ok laying around, is ok with a cat, and barks occasionally to let me know someone is around. I prefer to protect my wallet. Some of the prices dog and cat breeders want…yikes!!! Hey, I get their jam but I prefer not to walk out of this with my wallet on fire.
We have a wonderful English bulldog and bishon frise mix. It was not intentionally. She's is the cutest thing. Wish we could post pictures here.

? Why? What is the point? Dogs are not science experiments. Breeding unpredictable mixes like this is how you end up with reactive mean aggressive mutts in shelters that nobody wants. Stop breeding random dogs together “just because”. Preserve purebred lines.
I do love my chiwennie. He came from a troubled home. He is a real treasure. I found him on craigslist.

Stop stop STOP! All this irresponsible breeding just to try and make some designer dog! Or to make money! As a vet I am disgusted by all the backyard breeders who do this , it’s monstrous! Spay and neuter ..and people who do this should be spayed and neutered as well…the world doesn’t need this DNA pool. IDIOtS!
