35. So idk where that palm tree going through the roof is taken. However, there are some states in the US where you can actually be fined if palm trees don't meet the regulations. Hell I've seen a violation on a property that was a 275$ fine because their palm tree was FACING THE WRONG WAY. Idk how much the fine was, but I saw another violation because the tree was short 2 palm leaves.
