I enjoy your narrations, and the stories you tell.
Love your historical accounts. Well done!
I love that you include your gaffes sometimes. Makes you so human.
I'm glad you left in the outtakes.
Thank you for putting together these interesting stories. Its a refreshing break from true crime stories,as much as we all enjoy them.
These are awesome!
Thank you!
wow, Harrow School hasn't changed a bit ! . I used to take a bus to work past it, it was like stepping back in time seeing the boys in suits, gowns and caps in the morning.
Thank you for this wonderful channel and content.
Shame for women back then. She had a degree in economics and the only job she could get was working as a secretary – until she took to the air.
I live minutes from Amy Johnson Drive in Darwin. It is one of my favourite roads here, as it has lush tropical vegitation and runs perpendicular to one end of the airstrip at Darwin Airport.
We had many a famous avaitor visit here back in those days. Not many of them had long lives unfortunately. What a sad ending to a formidable woman and aviation pioneer.
Do a little more research. Please. Most of these stories have a lot more. And have been solved.
How dare they keep him from being buried as he wished😡
You'd think all those terribly intelligent men in the first story could have invented something to protect their incredibly fragile little egos. Still waiting on that. 😂
Amy Johnson truly was a daring Woman. I like the Statues.
There is little physical evidence that Bathory was as bad as commonly reported. Only two bodies were ever found. The Habsburgs had reason to defame her character, being envious of her lands and wealth (and borrowing from her). It was, and still is, typical that men deem women's power as inappropriate. It arises from the innate male fear of paternal uncertainty. Much history is but old gossip. The more a story is repeated, the more true it seems to be to those who refuse to question or investigate on their own.
Thank you for this history stories. It is very interesting and amazing to learn about. People lived brutally in the past. Fascinating to watch.
I can't believe the flying sweethearts are suited and booted as they sit in their wheelchairs recovering! Today we go to the shops in our pjs….
I see college students have been entitled bastards for centuries
Not mar kwis but pronounced mar key
The far-left phrasing about the dancing duke or whatever, is crazy.vv"If he were alive today, he'd be LGSNDJTQQIAA~)_ and "gender fluid" LOL
Mr Merricks story is a testament to how absolutely horrible humans are. How hateful and morbid. May that poor mans soul rest in peace.
Amy Johnson is so inspirational!! I want to be as hardworking as her.
Oh my goodness! What a treat this was to listen to…so much so I had to subscribe! More please!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
I truly enjoy your stories! I loved that you did not edit out that you got tickled and laughed. Americans love bloopers! Thanks bunches!
The music in the background of the Amy Johnson story is so pretty, I don't suppose anyone knows what it is?
My Great Aunt Emilea was gifted a hand carved wooden peinis by him thought to be a replica of his own for her 21st birthday.
Aunt Emilia never Married but always had a smile on her and face & led a happy life. But walked funny.
