   (2) He possesses any dagger, dangerous knife, dirk, razor, stiletto, imitation pistol, or any other dangerous or deadly instrument or weapon with intent to use the same unlawfully against another.

20. When this case goes to trail , jury will say “ not guilty!!! I don’t understand how it is a crime now to defend yourself , yes a man died but what if that man would’ve broke the window from that car and hurt the driver or the kids ,then what?!!! I guess we will never know cuz the driver reacted in self defense and tragically the aggressor died ….and for them to say the deceased was a non violent person , com’on thats hard to believe if he went back to his Chevy to retrieve a knife and he acted with criminal intentions!!!
