2. There are so many cross-contaminations in this video. The most obvious ones are: 1) the guy is touching his cell phone and then touch the food; 2) he is touching the pole where he is standing, which is not cleaned, and touch the food thereafter; 3) There are newspaper cuts at the bottom of the buckets that contain the paratha. Newspaper papers are never cleaned, the ink itself is a health hazard especially when the ink starts to leak; 4) Worst of all, the vendors are handling the money with their bare hands and touch the food at the same time. They did not wash their hands after all these cross-contaminations not even once. I'll stay away from these street vendors if one values his or her health.
