5. zoe's voice shows why the stilted broken speech pattern of children learning to speak isn't the best narration but it was condescending of the dad to ask her if she knew what adoption meant lol. the "certificate" looked like the mother made it up and was hoping for a moment like those videos where a child presents official adoption paperwork to their stepfather. it was like the children knew it was some bogus thing the parents printed off and was totally unnecessary.

6. I am glad this family adopted Lupin. Because he will be a handful; and, this kitten needs a family with patience to love his coming antics. LOL! I know. Because my male cat was like this as a kitten. He has slowed down now as an adult. But, he was such fun to watch grow. Good work!

8. I saw two kittens cross the street and hid under my car.. They let me feed them but not close enough to catch them.. I took an old blanket the next day and tossed it over them and got them into my kitty carrier.. I put an ad on Craigslist and almost immediately had a farmer who wanted a couple barn cats from 40 miles away came to adopt them.. He sent me video a few months later and I was amazed to see how tame they had gotten.. Thanks farmer John! ❤

9. I had a cat family living under the shed of a house I had purchased to renovate and contacted a rescue, which came to get them.

   2 days later, I discovered that one of the kittens was in the basement. It must have fallen into a window well and then got inside through a missing windowpane.

   It was very feral; I couldn't catch it and it eventually found its way into the attic and would hide in inaccessible areas if I went to try to find it.

   I went out and bought kitten food and a have-a-heart trap, put some food in it and as I was going down the attic stairs, I heard the trap shut as the kitten must have been very hungry.

   The cat rescue returned and reunited that little rascal with its mom and siblings.

13. Yesterday, I thot I heard a kitten in the yard. My cat was out wth me & I thot she was bothering a baby Stellar Jay, cuz they were going nut. There was no baby bird. One of the Jays was perfectly mimicking a cat 😻
