It takes 3 cars to stop a running car, one in front, one by the side and one behind, and that takes British police about 2 minutes to stop ANY running vehicle.

If you watch it I see right through the blurrring you see them beating the snot out of him it brutal I mean 6 cops beating him then a few more cops beating him he felt the pain for a while
The police chase that happened in my town wasn’t recorded but was famous in our little town. A kid that has had history with police got arrested and while he was in the cop car while the officer was searching his car. The 16 yo broke out of the hand cuffs got out and and stole the police car raced over state lines and crashed the police car about 20 minutes straight and got away with it and didn’t get caught. Kid was a straight legend for a week
