ALL these 'accidents' could have been prevented had everyone concerned driven more safely, the accident instigators were driving recklessly and the person who was crashed into on many occasions, could have avoided it, had they been driving more prudently and looking at what the other cars were doing and thus anticipating what is going on. I think a driver's licence should be much harder to obtain and if suspended, should have to be re-taken and passed once again…
