Why do drivers not understand that " Supervisors" in a police department or sheriff's department are not readily available. There is no Customer Service counter in the field. These people work independently with the authority to do their job alone. There is no "right" to have a supervisor at hand to complain or assess a situation. These requests make me nuts 😅!!
