No evidence she drove herself into the lake, no evidence she was partying at Prosser camp ground, and the weirdest thing is letting a young girl (sammy) take control of the search and witnesses.
Going back over this case really highlights all of the missteps of the "police" in that area. There were no efforts made to do an actual legal investigation. This community is "above" the law. It really makes me feel that we are helpless to do anything for justice sake.
Hi Kevin, yep totally botched, and body shouldn't of been released for cremation.
There is still time for the father or grandfather to request a DNA test from the liver sample within the first year that LE still has. These samples will be destroyed soon and it would be great to have 1 piece of credible information confirmed….
This is the first I’ve heard of Tow Truck Nick deciding something was weird and started filming himself…. Interesting and wouldn’t that be great to see.
Another good job Kevin. This whole case has really captured me. I have some ties to Truckee and have been going up there for years. I don’t care much for the town itself, it’s a tourist trap, but the surrounding areas are beautiful. I worry that we will never see justice for that poor girl, unless a family member pushes LE. I think because Kiely was a minor, information will be withheld from the rest of us. I don’t feel Lindsey will ever do anything, I pretty much feel there was a mother/daughter rift between them. One of the comments Lindsey made at the celebration of life was “Kiely was an ocean of anger”…..Then the evidence of Kiely filing paperwork for emancipation, which evidently was going to happen on her 17th birthday. I honestly saw emotions from Daniel Rodni and Grandpa Robertson though.
Seems like everything truckee did was suspicious! Not letting the professionals advise (AWP) with proper procedure on the removal, is highly suspicious! There used to be laws against the desecration of a corpse. But I guess if your involved in a cover up, you just want to get rid of as much evidence as possible.
