  1. This reminds me of the story of the cement mixer that couldn't get underneath a bridge by inches. As the story goes, a little boy who is caught up in the traffic jam suggested they lower the tire pressure making the mixer clear.
Of course, nobody died in this story,: /

  2. i love your floating glowing cephalopod in the background. its calming me down, not that the video is what has me stressed.

  3. My family went on vacation to a beach resort in Mexico that Christmas and i had just recently learned about tsunamis at school and kept imagining how id react to one if I saw the water recede. Once we got home i was shocked to learn that there had been a real one in a different part of the world on that same week.

  4. I can't remember exactly, but wasn't there a Japanese tourist at that beach who also noticed the signs because he heard the girl yelling?

  5. those noobs must be 100% tourist from the city.. a sudden shift in the ambiance of the environment could tell a person from a province or coastal areas that something is wrong.. stats that Urban peeps didn't acquired.

  6. Regarding tsunami warning: Simeulue, one of the closest spots to the actual earthquake, actually had a relatively low death toll because their ancestral folklore spoke of the sea once retreating way out and then coming back in a huge tsunami. (That was in 1907, it turns out.) So when the retreating happened, they realised what was coming and fled into the hills, surviving the tsunami.
