  1. Seems obvious who is responsible – what is wrong with these judges, lawmakers, attorneys & police? Not one of these professions step up & grow a set & put someone with such a past in jail? There has to be a limit on to drug/ alcohol related offences ,& that guy was definitely over his limit-

  2. I see it every time I am on the outer belt. Drivers swerving in and out of lanes, young people driving 120 MPH. What a rarely see are police patrol cars. Cities are paying so much money for employee wages that they can't afford to hire more officers to police the roads.

  3. man, white people get away with alot without consequence, whats up with that hahahahaha oh well, if they dont care neither do i lol, better luck next time.

  4. They "Serve and protect?" Apparently not for dangerous criminals. Job security for Cops, Judges, and turn-keys "apparently" requires a critical mass of psychos allowed to run at large among us. I hope that someone loses his or her job because of this.

  5. So what they’re saying is they gave this man multiple decks of fresh cards for that one tragic moment to occur? Ladies and gentlemen WELCOME TO
EARTH. HOW LOVELY IS OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM to give him the change for that to happen.

  6. If guns need background checks so do cars. They are deadly weapons. No excuse. Deaths like this will keep happening every day until background checks are done so only safe and sane can buy a vehicle. Even for used cars from private owners, a transfer can only be done if a buyer goes through background check

  7. Our system is absolutely broken. I don't care about people's bullshit excuses for "addiction" but you cannot force rehab and sobriety on people. This accident should not have happened. This disgrace of a human should be forced to do hard labor for the REST OF HIS LIFE to pay restitution. He should not breathe outside of a prison ever again but he also should be forced to earn food, shelter, water, clothing and everything else. Life isn't free and somehow criminals get a carte blanche to do whatever and then go chill in jail where they have no bills and no responsibilities. Meanwhile people like the families impacted here have to deal with this for the rest of their lives: the physical and emotional toll, the expenses incurred for ongoing medical care… It's not right. Prayers to all the families impacted by this and for the asshole who caused it.

  8. The cop blames the criminal not sitting in jail. He wouldn't have been out had the cops charged him with a FELONY DUI! The finger pointing every which way. This one absolutely sits with the officers who did not bring him up on Felony DUI charges.

  9. 😠😠😠 SYSTEMS NEED TO GET THEIR 💩💩 TOGETHER — ESPECIALLY & KEEP (DUI, IMPAIRED DERELICTS) OFF THE ROADS ………. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE !!!!!!!!!!

  10. If a bartender serves alcohol to someone who later kills another then that bartender is held partially responsible for the death. We need to hold judges accountable under the same pretense.

  11. If he was mexican he would of being locked up on the first dui and possibly deported.. that's sad how the system works.. prayers for those innocent lives 🙏…
