2:39 it's completely legal to enter an intersection on a yellow light. You can make an argument that both drivers should have made a smarter decision, but they definitely are not both at fault. The responsibility is fully on the driver making the left turn to make sure the intersection is clear and safe to cross, so they are 100% at fault in this instance.

a lot of people think in order for a car to be declared totaled the airbags have to deploy but thats not true. my cars airbags didnt deploy, but my car was totaled because frame damage meant the cost to repair was more than the car was worth, and even then it does not mean the car is unfixable, it would have cost around 7k to fix my car but it was only worth 4k so i got a payout from my insurance rather than fixing it but it was declared a total loss

So the crash at 5:50 is an initiation ritual. Before you can join the black SUV club, you must sacrifice your current car and survive wrecking head on into a black SUV. Can be any one of them in a line, extra member privileges if it's the middle one. This guy took the easier route, passed, and is now one of them. It's such a beautiful thing to behold. I tried to join a few years ago but went to the wrong site for the ceremonial wrecking and saw that the black SUV i hit had a lightbar on top and white doors. Ended up with a different club that housed and fed me for a few months. They weren't the nicest bunch but it was something

At 9:32 the comment is utterly incorrect. I have lived in a no-fault state for 46 year. Three times I have been innocent when hit, and could drive my car to the body shop. All three times it took me 15 minutes on the phone to make my no-fault insurance claim. In all three cases my car repair was completed in two weeks. My insurance rates never changed. I never saw a bill. I did not have to get multiple estimates. I did not have to fight with my insurance about how much the other driver was at fault. No-fault insurance is the best.
