An open question to all the dash cam submitters that had the right of way but could have easily avoided the accident: Was it actually worth the hassle of being right? Did the insurance companies pay you an inconvenience fee" Were you compensated for all the time and effort of being right or not at fault? We all dream about holding our ground and sending the clueless drivers into the jersey barrier, or pitting them into a different time zone, but I just wonder if it's worth it.
