   who steal things to pay for their habit of buying g make up and hair extensions. Also paying for transition surgery.

19. Chicago PD doesn't really have time to do traffic stops, I deliver downtown every day as a semi truck driver
    & in the 2 years doing it only seen them pull over 2 or 3 cars. The red light cameras will unfortunately give the stolen car victim all the redlight camera tickets.
