This guy is wrong. His harness did not break. The harness is the the set of straps that secures to his waist and connects to the rope. If his harness broke, the guy below would not have been able to catch him. What really happened was that the gear or protection popped out of the rock when he fell. He had more gear in the rock below him to catch his fall. That is what caught his fall, not the other person. Please do a bit more research on videos before reacting to them.
