It’s hard not to feel heartbroken over her. She is only just a baby. Failed by humans for far too long, she would have deceased without interference. The severity of her neglect has taken an incredible toll. But luckily, LITTLE STEPS MATTER are there for this sweet girl, who deserves a chance to survive.
