Always have a healthy skepticism while listening to NDE stories. NDE stories will not take you to heaven or reveal the TRUTH about everything. They are only pieces of a very infinite mystery. Jesus said "I am THE Way, The Truth, and The Life, and no one will have access to Heavenly Father unless you first go through Jesus. And to do this you must invite Him to be your Savior and Lord, and forgive/cleanse you of all sin because Heaven and God are holy and pure. Being perfect, holy, blameless, sinless and a son or daughter of the Most High is your Eternal destiny. So the challenge is to start living that way now and loving God and loving people now.

“Spirit guide” is a demonic new age term, we have “guardian angels” that are sent by the Creator Jesus Christ, but beware of anyone trying to get you to talk to spirit guides, and the Bible is clear that “mediums” are an abomination to God. Read your bibles!

On one hand, we are supposed to believe that winged creatures called angels exist, but on the other hand, Jesus managed to fly up to a place called heaven without wings. That begs the question: why do angels have them? Do they actually fly horizontally like birds or whizz straight up vertically? I suppose the simple folk who wrote this stuff at least two thousand years ago in a pre-scientific era didn't think too deeply about it. The whole idea is pretty silly.
