4. Zheng Shuang was always a really controversial celebrity before everything went down. The term爽言爽语 was actually created because the things she said was always illogical and hard to understand. There was a time where everyone started to mock her way of speaking too. Btw the tv show Mistermango butt mentioned “流星花园” is the Taiwan version. The one Zheng Shuang was in is a remake in China called “一起来看流星雨”

8. haha it’s interesting to see this being covered by Stephanie. As a Chinese in U.S I followed everyone step of this scandal when it was happening. 😂 My opinion is that ZS definitely does not deserve any support. Stephanie missed out the part where she would kinda lead her fans to abuse all of her exes. And her exes new girlfriend. She was mean and cocky throughout the whole scandal until she got called out. So I absolutely think she deserves it.

The remake that Zheng Shuang starred in was actually the second Chinese remake of Meteor Garden, with the first version being the 2001 version of Meteor Garden which starred Taiwanese actors Barbie Hsu and Jerry Yan. There was also a highly popular Korean remake under the title Boys Over Flowers.

29. Liu Xing Yu (Meteor Shower) is the same as Boys Over Flowers and both are based from the manga. It also was famous here in the Philippines at that time, especially the version with Barbie Xu in the lead role.

31. I actually liked ZS after watching "Love O2O." Her chemistry with Yang Yang is perfect, which is why I became obsessed with them at some point in the past. Hearing this news about her is so appalling. I just didn't expect that she could do such things.
