Hello Danny, just wanted to say that when you were doing your outro there was a little white figure standing in the doors to your right, when you finished talking+turned round it ducked down behind the door!!! Whether one believes in ghosts or not ( I do from experiences as a child+grown up), so I’d just be too scared to go into anywhere like this, or investigate the paranormal!!! I’d like to ask you a question, if you don’t mind…WHY do you go on your own??? I’d be terrified that I might not come out of their in one piece, or I’d become one of them+other explores would be doing their paranormal saying “Oh the last sighting anybody has of the paranormal investigator Danny Duffy was actually in this building! “ and they’d be asking you

27. Danny, see what you can find too BEFORE 1780. That is when it was officially recognized as a location. The spirits you might encounter there could have been there long before that. University History departments are often great resources for this kind of information. See if they have anything on what the area might have been used for or any significant historical data before 1780. You might be surprised at what you are able to find and get clues as to the identity of spirits there. You can also check out any local historical societies that deal with that specific area. Many times, they already have all the data you need and already researched for you!

28. I don't want to write a book here but one last piece of advice for you. We are not sure what spirits are capable of. Can they temporarily possess a person? Can they do serious harm to you? Can they cause harm unintentionally just by being in close proximity to you without realizing they are? We are dealing with entities who are ethereal now in the case of human spirits. We still don't understand even how their ethereal bodies are comprised and function yet. It is always best to tread lightly. Humans have accidents all the time so should we assume that spirits can as well? We have to make sure that nothing we do when investigating could harm ourselves or the entities we are establishing communication with. You often hear that some notoriously haunted sites are "cursed" and that the place has experienced a long list of tragic deaths or accidents associated with the "curse". Are the spirits intentionally harming those they see as negative or a threat which in turn adds to the stories of "curses" or are these tragic events merely due to being close to these spirits and are some by product of the interaction we don't yet understand? This is why I stress being cordial, polite and kind when you go on investigations. I think you find when you go out of your way to do this, the rewards you reap in terms of quality of communication, length, level of interaction and repetition of interaction are really greatly improved. I have to put a caveat in here though. If that little voice in your head tells you to run, don't reason it out, run. That "little voice" we all hear is a defense mechanism created and refined in human beings down through our progression as a species. When someone says, "trust your gut", do it. Your best defense against malevolent entities is your "little voice". It has save people from being involved in tragic accidents, save men who were in war, saved our ancestors from predators who looked at us as prey. Trust in it and if you feel scared and hear it tell you to leave an area, politely as possible end the communication, tell the entities they must stay where they are and not follow you and leave as quickly and as gracefully as you can.

29. I will look forward to hearing if you start to develop any unusual happenings at your own place. I know that you have probably heard the old advisement that if you do anything with, for example a Ouija Board, you must close the communication when you are done so as to close any portal that might have opened and set the expectation that you are now finished with what you are doing and adding the admonition not to follow you and to stay where they are. A lot of people never give what I am telling you the attention it deserves. When we investigate the paranormal, we are, by definition, dealing with things above and beyond what we consider "normal". Dealing with things that, for the most part, you cannot see and don't know are there is difficult enough. Having them become a fixture in your daily life that will not leave you alone and brings havoc to your life is another. It is important to set boundaries, limits and do so in a firm but not threatening manner. Most benign spirits will not have a problem with this and will acknowledge your request. Where you run into problems is with that small percentage of negative entities you may encounter in your investigations. Be civil, inquisitive and cordial and keep an open mind. If you do that, you will attract benign spirits to you and the negative ones won't bother with you.

30. It has made itself known now, several times. You need to start asking questions like you were doing. Spirits have limits to their patience as well and constantly challenging them is taxing on them and you. You actually reduce your chances of catching something significant the more you attempt to goad them into "performing" for you. All of this takes energy for them and they may only have a limited amount although the entity you encountered in your video or entities seem to have enough to let you know they are there. Asking if they died in the place you are in could backfire on you as well. Remember, some spirits have no realization they are dead. Shocking them with your acknowledgement that they have passed might be too much for them and create problems. Better to ask what their connection is to the place. Let them answer. This will also give you a better idea of the mindset of the entities you are dealing with. You tied up your leaving well. That is the best way to leave it although now that you have made communication with them and they seem open to communicating with you, I probably would not have said, "I will never bother you again" just in case you want to come back. It's been my personal experience that when you say something like that or "I will be back again to visit with you", they may actually look forward to that especially if all they are used to is people running away screaming. You have to look at this as if you are meeting someone for the first time and looking to establish a friendly interaction, one that can continue for a long period. Positivity is the key here. When you tell them you won't be coming back and then show up again, it appears as if you lied and could be considered very negative. Better to leave on friendly terms with the understanding that whoever is there is not to follow you. They need to stay where they are and cannot come with you.

31. Also, you have had some pretty significant orbs fly past in frames. Not the normal dust which, given the state of the place, should be all over but isn't. These are lighter, appear brighter and are definitely moving all about as if guided or directed. Let me ask you, what are the chances that homeless could get into the building and be residing there? There seems to be a lot of noise as if someone is moving things around or walking. I can't stress enough that you should never be confrontational with spirits. What I would do in that case is apologize for making a scene and ask them if they could show themselves in a non threatening way, as they appeared in life. If they are benign spirits, it should not present a problem and then you have your proof. The other thing I would do is not move around anymore but stay in one place and wait for them to let you know they are there. It takes energy for them to move around, communicate, materialize. The more you tax a spirit, the more energy it uses up and hence the less energy it has for letting you know it is there somehow.

32. Okay, regarding the ball. The interesting thing Danny is that you threw it straight ahead of you, clearing what was at the top of the stairs which I believe was either a short wall or a container box of some kind. Now, had the ball continued to roll, it would have moved around somewhere behind that area where you initially threw it. If you look closely the second time that ball comes to you, it is at the top of the stairs, above the landing and to the LEFT. I highly doubt that the ball would have had enough kinetic energy to land, perhaps bounce a time or two, change direction to go in a completely opposite direction and still had enough energy to lift itself back up again off the floor and jump the railings at the top of the steps and then land on the lower steps and come back down to you in the basement. Basically, that defies the laws of energy, inertia and motion. While an object in motion tends to stay in motion, once that object hits something that diminishes the initial energy it had, it can only move so much further and then its energy runs out so it stops. I think it's safe to say that the ball that came back down to you had some sort of external force exerted on it to take it from stopped and resting to moving again. Being as how no other living people were in there with you, that leaves us with one conclusion and that is that a spirit person, in answer to your direct question or challenge, brought that ball back to where you were.
