Since November 2022, Russia has been releasing water from the Kakhovka Dam, thereby draining the reservoir behind it. This will cause all sorts of problems in Russian-held territory: it will flood the area downstream, it will limit the irrigation of agricultural fields to the south, and it might limit the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant’s ability to cool itself. Why is Russia doing this? The straightforward answer is that it will reduce Ukraine’s ability to initiate an attack in Kherson, thereby freeing up Russian soldiers to pursue an offensive in the north. But it also hints at the possibility that Russia is running low on soldiers, otherwise Moscow would not be willing to incur these costs.

  1. _ Interesting _ So you wrote a book on what caused the Ukraine-Russia war, maybe not the true story, _ Here,s what _ It began by a CIA sponsored civil war on Maidan place in 2014 in a bloody coup and illegal regime change to install a neo-nazi party which bombed shelled the civilian families of Donbas ever since._ Deciding Putin to enter Donbas to defend the people there (special military operation) not an invasion, as not interested by the nord-west of Ukraine.

  2. They started doing that when the left the North side because Ukraine was saying it would blow up the dam and flood the South, so this way the damage is mitigated if they decide to do that. The media suddenly took interest in it because they could spin it into the plant will have a meltdown, but it's been going on for months already.

  3. Russia. Long Game….just "Don't Lose", and "Don't Quit" and LIE LIE LIE to Cosmopolitan Russians about why the outer regions are becoming depopulated of young and middle aged men.
Add Outrage, and Rebellion in outer regions to threats to Putin's Government.

  4. Dear leaders worldwide no misery 💘 💘 💘 😂 😂 😂. Dear leaders please avoid that conflict and advice zelenky to talk to Putin for forgiveness and peace. 😍. Love. 😍. Love. 😍. Love. Jesus Christ is the answer and 🍸🌹🌹🍸🌹🌹🍸

  5. It's possible Russia will not have enough age elligible men to draft, eventually, as this conflict continues. Putin does not have the available numbers Stalin had, in order to continue his human wave attacks on Ukraine.

  6. GO Russia, keep pushing forward and keep taking 4km daily and ukraines troops will all be dead or injured within another 12 months 🇷🇺

  7. This lower reservoir height sounds like brinksmanship. Supposing Ukraine takes the land south east of the reservoir, it would take less time for Russia to wreak havoc by fully opening the sluices.

It might be possible to deposit rocks on the reservoir side of the dam, to help prevent flooding in case the dam was damaged or to stop the sluices from having any effect. It would take a lot of rocks, of course.

  8. Aluminum cyl bore and aluminum connecting rods? Sounds like briggs and Stratton junk disposable engine. Nice accessories tho and did they actually show a pool pump???

  9. ❤ you & ❤ your show (I’m a crypto & gold / silver guy but your show keeps me abreast of other markets) thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🇺🇸🇬🇧

  10. what will happen after the war ends? whats the future of this channel? as of now, the only thing it seems you have going is updates on the Ukraine war

  11. It is now "mud time". No invasion is likely in mud time. Besides, Putin is expecting a big Ukrainian assault when US weapons arrive. This is rest and readiness time for Russia. The war will resume with a passion when the ground dries out and the tanks can roll again.

  12. You mean it's winter & its not rainging?? Then who's in control of the world's precipitation & air movement?? As its starting to show worldwide of the theory having actual structure. One notable detail is when the weather is of such power & thus holds devastation potential, it invairably is nocturnal in nature. It is much harder to hold reinforcement measures against such events in the hours of darkness, that is only a precarious proposition for the very small percentage of those humans who are awake at said timeframe. So the majority of the population in vicinity are unaware or cease to live.

  13. I think Ukrainians slowed down Russians long enough that winter offensive is not going to happen. They will get stack in the mud till late Spring, and this may give more time to negotiation.

  14. In general the opposite of what this channel tells ye are the truth.
Russia is not running out of soldiers, Ukraine is. Russia is not running out of ammunition, Russia is not committing war crimes, Ukraine is, and Russia is not the one close to collapse from this war, Ukraine is. And following that America is. And all ye cheerleaders for the despotic regime in Kiev and its Warshington overlords are on the wrong side of history, ye just don't know it yet.

  15. The point here has nothing to do with land or how it’ll affect the territory post-war. The move was defensive to make it harder for Ukrainian Army to move eastward. The manpower is sort of lacking, but they already got new close to 30,000 mobiks as of this past Friday. For Russian Army, the main problem is what to fight with. This Putin’s move is just to annoy Ukrainian government; he cares for anything or anyone. Nonetheless, thank you for providing this information, as I haven’t heard about this before.

  16. Not so sure it’s Russia’s problem as opposed to their strategy to blame Ukraine for a food shortage. A shortage that will hit the Middle East and Africa, which btw is where Russia is trying to gain more influence. And this is a stretch, but solve its manpower problem with those countries that will have food problems.
