1. Gotcha! This video was long overdue, wrote it months ago, but only recently had the energy to make it.
   As an aside to the video, surely the police must have had some idea what Trevor looked like even if just from the description given by the woman he used as a shield in prologue and the police who saw his face as they fought and chased him. Trevor also references Michael as having 'blown the identities' that caused him to lose his millions he had stored under those names; we are not told explicitly how much information Michael may have given Dave and therefore the FIB about Trevor. Regardless of the specifics, law enforcement clearly knew things about Trevor and some of what he had been up to over his 10+ year crime spree which was part of the reason Trevor was hiding off the grid. It just isn't shown or said explicitly that they had a clear picture of his face and their having such would mean the story would require a lot more suspension of disbelief to accept.

3. I'd like to mention that the police station you use to make your GTA Online character is NOT in Los Santos. The cutscene directly after making your character shows said character flying in on a plane, and meeting Lamar. It would be pretty silly for your character to get on an LS plane to fly to LS. Your character also clearly seems like they've never seen LS before given the way they look out the window.

4. Lmfao its funny cause the whole point of that pause is to make people think "wait, does he know somehow?" And apparently it worked so well people STILL think he knew 💀

5. Wait, isn't Trevor's name on the ID a spanish name? That seems like any reason for the pause. The guy was confused.

6. I was pretty sure that the whole Trevor's ID bit is supposed to be a joke, because Trevor have goofy hair in his ID, at least it's what I interpreted the first time I played. Like "haha bald joke"

8. I thought the pause would just be because Trevor's name is Diego Santiago.

9. Trevor wasn't even close to that guy so he couldn't memorize his face (!) under a mask (!). In the first cutscene he was threatening the guard who opened the door and kicked him with weapon. He didn't came close to the guy that is the "guy from the UD". Then he goes to the safe to plant the explosives while Michael and Brad were ordering hostages to go to the back room. After this no hostage even saw Trevor

12. I never looked that much into that scene and just assumed that the Manager was taking a moment because Trevor looks fucking insane most of the time. If I were to assume the pause was intended to be more than that, I'd guess that maybe the Manager was originally planned to have appeared in some random earlier scene with Trevor but with him as a background character witnessing Trevor going ballistic on someone or something like that.

17. The NY and UD bank managers are definitely not the same person and are not intended to be, from that evidence. A more likely theory, but one without any evidence I know of, is that the UD bank manager had seen Trevor's face on the news nine years ago and only had a fleeting memory of it when he saw the picture on the ID, so couldn't put the two together. He forgot a thousand things every day and that was one of them.

19. I do have to say, him sending Casey to his death (in the case that he recognized anybody) is quite the conservation move. Would you rather send 1 person to their death to save 1000 or let that 1001 die but not have to have sent that 1 person a live with it (you're one of the 1001 anyways). Then, you have the whole keeping calm and collected thing. Not everybody is different. Not everybody would be panicking when in a room full of murderers. If this man recognized them, there is no reason he should freak out. If he recognized them, it would have been plain to see that they are trying to do this undercover. Meaning they would rather not slaughter everyone in the bank. Why wouldn't he be calm? Because there is two-three killers that pretty much mean no harm? For a position where stress is regularly managed, I would doubt he would freak.

20. It is more probably the fact that hair and facial hair is different from the ID card or the name on the card is linked to something but the guy just couldn't remember until they left

21. The only problem I have is that you ignore the book with his photo which you count as cut content but then include the surveillance being destroyed despite it being cut content.

22. Used to be a big fan of viper but seeing this has changed my view massively. You have to be a massive joy kill wen people are trying to bring a spark to a ten year old game. All it is is a theory, these people are not saying that he is in fact the same person but drawing connections between the two. People are only trying to have fun creating theories about their favourite game for the past ten years. But you have to come through and prove that u have to be right and kill any enjoyment me and or others have had thinking about this theory and any possible connection between the two people.

29. People say that Bank Manager does the pause because Trevor Id picture is heavily outdated. It's most certainly true. For me it wasn't the case. Back in the day when i was playing the campaign (almost seven years ago), I didn't think so because of how fast picture just blinks on the screen. What was mine explanation for Manager pause? Have you all seen Trevor left hand? He got SCARS and focking TATTOOS ON IT! I always thought that Manager gets confused by how his hand looks.
    So when we add those two things together, I think we have quite full explanation why the Bank Manager pause happened.

30. this is exactly why GTA 6 will never come out lol. people tearing apart every minute detail of a dumb video game story after 7000 hours played. id not want to bother either

31. Trevor is a scary person to look at, that's really why the manager paused along with trying to figure out if that was a legitimate ID.

32. I have played the game many times, and not once did I even consider the bank manager to be any type of plot point or connection, I don't understand how gta guru and other gta content creators try to make connections that don't exist

    to be fair they most likely get it from the biggest theorist of them all game theory, but that is just a theory

33. I’m not saying you’re entirely wrong but contacts exist. You know you can wear contacts right? They can have color on them to change the color of your eyes.
