The last video of something in the well, if we think about it logically, it was a animal (pet or farm) that fell into it. That would have been my first thought and I wouldn't have left till I identified what was making that noise and if I could help it. The guy who filmed the video left whatever animal it was there to die.

My opinion:
Video 1.) Maybe a cat or a weird trippy creature about the same size as a healthy strong cat.
Video 2.) Either something unholy demonic, or a demonic being trying to lure someone to free it, or just a haunted cave.
Video 3.) I remember something about puss moss bacteria grows within old metal pipes. Something like that.
Video 4.) I would be curious too but going unarmed is kinda stupid and he waits to see if it's following instead of ditching out.
Video 5.) Definitely something is down there. I believe that one lol. But needing a fast exit would be nice. Sure people say this isn't a movie. This is real. But if your prepared and armored up and have the fighting skills to survive. Then well that is gonna be a hell of a true story to hear about.
