I think you can compare a tsunami with a water jet they use to cut steel. if water can cut true steel then you undertstand what incedible force water has it destoy ship like a match it rips true a building if it was a carton box water has a great power just like a eathquake. the force behind the wave is so bit that i don't think that we are able to build something to restant that amount of force. I think that people underestimate the forces of nature and they are way bigger then any thing we ever can produce humans against nature is a lost battle for the humans.

How can experts claim that "they believe a mega-tsunami lies in our future"? Giving the fact that earthquakes are by far the most common cause of tsunamis, especially the largest ones, and no one can predict an earthquake of any magnitude. No one in history has ever successfully predicted one. Therefor, why would they make a dumb statement like that with a vague claim "in our future"? Thats like saying.. "I predict lightning will eventually strike someone again on earth ".. or, "A big destructive tornado will touch down sometime or another, one of these days." And why did I sit here thinking and typing all this stupid shit, going on and on bitching about something so dumb and meaningless, nonimpactful or important.
