Somebody should know who owns that animal shelter it was running without a license they should be found fined and thrown in jail that is just to a bandit and leave the dogs there they definitely should go to jail hope to catch the bastards and I hope that they have to go before a judge and when the judge sees what they did I hope he gives them the maxim that he can do
