15 yo is not an old plane, not at all. I don't know why the repeat this information like it could be the cause.
From what i observed, the aircraft is on approach, with flap at O degree, at a very low speed ..
Hence no lift..
My theory: During landing the plane stalled and crashed

I am from Nepal they used to test the planes
That seems to look like an extreme lack of airspeed. A gust from behind and you have negative lift. This looks like a Saab or licensed Embraer/dassault variant.. they have so many built in safety systems to alert to this. Would like to have a forensic breakdown of stuck shakers or alarms before hand

They weren't 'discovered' – they knew they existed. But they RECOVERED or FOUND … but not discovered. Geez, people. People really are being hired because of their color, culture, race and NOT by credentials, experience, education, skills, etc. They really are! Now THAT is stupid.
As a former NTSB officer, I can make it clear that the cause of this tragedy was spark in the electrical circuit which the ignition led its path to the oxygen cylinders causing it to burst and produce flames. My true condolences to ppl families

What is a black box
Imagine they were preparing for final approach only for their lives to be cat shots. Then you find out it human error that caused the lives of this people. Kathmandu airport is very dangerous cause it just below Himalayan plateau and visibility might be poor and it requires a sharp descend before approaching the airport.
i consider this a terror attack by india, indian was using phone livestreaming that caused this.

2019 I visited Nepal n I took a yeti flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu.. n I was so scared that day…the plane was quite old n every passenger was too scared..I was just praying for safe landing of the plane..that day I decided I will never sit in such planes

I guarantee it was a low airspeed stall, seeing how slow it was going.
