The International Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race is an annual motorcycle sport event run on the Isle of Man in May or June of most years since its inaugural race in 1907.
The Isle of Man TT has been traditionally run in a time-trial format on public roads closed for racing by the provisions of an Act of Tynwald (the parliament of the Isle of Man). The event consists of one week of practice sessions followed by one week of racing. It has been a tradition perhaps started by racing competitors in the early 1920s for spectators to tour the Snaefell Mountain Course on motorcycles during the Isle of Man TT on “Mad Sunday”, an informal and unofficial sanctioned event held on the Sunday between ‘Practice Week’ and ‘Race Week.’
The first Isle of Man TT race was held on Tuesday 28 May 1907 and was called the International Auto-Cycle Tourist Trophy.The event was organised by the Auto-Cycle Club over 10 laps of the Isle of Man St John’s Short Course of 15 miles 1,470 yards for road-legal ‘touring’ motorcycles with exhaust silencers, saddles, pedals and mudguards.
In 2013, the Isle of Man Classic TT was developed by the Isle of Man Department of Economic Development and the Auto-Cycle Union for historic racing motorcycles and along with the Manx Grand Prix now forms part of the ‘Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling’ now held in late August of each year.
Guy Martin (born 4 November 1981) is a British lorry-mechanic
better known publicly as a motorcycle racer and a television personality.
Martin started racing in 1998, debuting on road circuits at the Isle of Man TT events in 2004, where he gained 15 podium finishes. He has broken his back twice in racing accidents, in the 2010 TT and the 2015 Ulster Grand Prix.
In August 2017, Formula 1 car team Williams announced that Martin would join their pit-crew for the impending Belgian GP.[9]
Martin starred in Closer to the Edge, a 2011 documentary on TT racing. He has since presented programmes on various engineering topics and the Channel 4 series Speed with Guy Martin when he set speed records in a variety of human and engine powered vehicles. He has authored three books, and competed in mountain bike pedal-cycle races.

Michael Dunlop (born 10 April 1989) is an Irish professional motorcycle racer. Part of a motorcycle racing dynasty, Michael is the brother of William, son of the late Robert and nephew of former World Champion the late Joey Dunlop.
He is the current solo-machine lap record holder for the Snaefell Mountain Course set during the 2016 Senior TT in a time of 16 minutes 53.929 seconds at an average speed of 133.962 mph (215.591 km/h). Dunlop was the first rider in the history of the Isle of Man TT to achieve a lap of the course in under 17 minutes.

well done series …. you gotta be smiling Ab Flaw (whoever you are)…. never signed in or subscribed to you tube … I'll follow these tho …. man … as a forty something and having surgeons yelp at me constant about not making things worse for myself … tellin me no more surgery …. too much nerve damage … won't cut ya open again …. you'll sue … lol … right … I need you guys … I'd never …. struggling w puttin myself to pasture so I can at least be out there still … ya know … be there … off to the side kinda, but still there … rough realization … was all bummed … takin my dogs hiking and goin fishing …. somebody asked me to go golfing, no shite, with a half paralyzed arm …. lol … got on the mt bike after watching these vids (should be noted, 1996 A1 Comp Spec. Ground Control CC racer and I'm recovering from right arm paralysis), appears the arms fine tho (was told no more riding ever, liars 🙂 ) … no big stuff, fun ride tho … sold my old surf/skate/snow boards and got new old guy brand new carvers/cruisers 🙂 … missed last winter on the boards… too busted … might not occur to ya (Ab Flaw) that these vids are a catalyst … but … at least one time, it helped somebody … ya know, w folk constantly yakking at ya that ya can't … no more … be good … stay still … pay taxes … watch some tv … I don't know … take up knitting … man, that can't be fer me … I get I gotta slow it down … weird little things happen to ya when ya just hang w ppl that know tv shows and worry about the neighborhood tho, ya begin to believe in minutia … F**K (pardon) 🙂 …. anyway … thx fer puttin the vids together … prob some terrible as well during filming, but such it is …. ppl are awesome, some folk want us to forget that tho, man. It's tough, ya know … bleepin spent two years worried about med. bills … never once did it occur to me in my life to worry like that (and the bills won't go away, lol, never have, never will) … got stuck somewhere gloomy, I guess … caught these vids and something clicked … (sayin to me) 'ya made it Riles, ya got dough (finally), buy some cool old dude rigs that aren't duct taped and go, ya jackarse, this is what ya been waiting for, both money and time, not some lame arse (though apparently quite fitting for the space, sad I know that, hehe) couch that's called a settee' … lol … thx again … sorry fer the length of the post ya'll … to be fair a buddy asked me for some help w a booze issue so I was searching for something that might help while he was recovering in the hosp. (something upbeat, ya know, that wasn't, do this, do that, you suck, be better ya bad person 🙂 ) when I came across these vids.
