1. Yes, people suck. There are a lot of us good ones out there, but I will never understand how somebody could do something like this. The pure ignorance and hate and lack of compassion is mind-boggling.

3. at least it could be found quickly and was not hit by a car. no excuse. but i wish – everyone who would dump a dog (do not do it in the first place but IF you do): protect them from damage and make them found quickly!

    Better safe in a carrier than being free and risks getting hit by traffic or dumped in the middle of nowhere without food, water. Not right for sure, but safe.
