Our work takes place in all kinds of places where we can get injured. Yesterday I was on a roof for one rescue, and then I crawled under a house for another rescue… so many things can go wrong, and in this case, Katie fell into an unusual trap!
All we ask for is your support so we can continue doing this work every day! Earlier today, I was on a roof again with Loreta, and as I am writing these lines (Saturday afternoon), we are waiting for another rescue call… there are no days off here.

I was worried Katie was going to fall off the building or into the fence, but the pool was a softer landing lol. Still a bad surprise to fall in, and I hope she didn't have her phone in her jeans pocket. 😬Thank you for saving this little family. Hopefully the parents aren't too feral for homes, but even if they have to be released, I know they will leave care healthy, spayed and neutered. Great job, HFP.
