“This is the spooky moment a dog walker saw a ‘demonic figure’ crawling across the path of a country park ‘haunted by a spirit called Grey Lady’.
Pub owners Hannah and Dave Rowett were walking their labradors through the supposedly haunted forest in Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire, at around 6.30am earlier this month when Mrs Rowett said she ‘felt they weren’t alone’.
The 52-year-old claimed she quickly pulled out her phone and captured a ‘scary’ white silhouette crossing the path in front of her as she followed it with a torch.
On watching the footage, she turned to Mr Rowett, also 52, and said: ‘I’ve just seen a ghost.’
One of the National Trust’s most visited country parks, Clumber Park is claimed to be haunted by a female spirit called ‘Grey Lady’ who has reportedly been seen wearing a long grey cloak.
She described what she saw as a ‘demonic figure’ crawling on ‘long limbs’.
Paranormal sceptic Mr Rowett admitted his hair ‘stood up on end’ when he saw the footage, which has convinced him that ghosts do exist.
The clip was originally a ‘live’ photo, in which consecutive frames are linked to make a short video, but Mrs Rowett said she had it converted so she could share it on Facebook.
The video has now racked up almost 600 reactions and nearly 2,000 comments, with spooked-out users labelling it ‘scary’ and one even joking that he was glad the park’s campsites were always booked up.
Mrs Rowett, who said ‘she has always sensed things’, claimed she has ‘no logical explanation’ for the experience.”

What i saw was a little girl running like she was chasing a small animal, cat, squirrel, rabbit?? I think it's real, England? Oh yeah!!
Whisp of breath or a vape? Can't just claim "its a ghost," "I've felt weird and seen things I can't explain, so they're real." Do you have any way to test, measure, or re-create the phenomena? If not, then you don't know it's real. People have been trying to prove ghosts and gods for all of mankind and I haven't seen anything close to actual measurable test results that they exist. Claiming I should believe something for which there's no reproducible evidence is arrogance, not disbelief in the paranormal.

Why is it always a human ghost? Never a bird or bear ghost or monkey ghosts. I guess with humans we think only people have souls or whatever ghosts are supposed to be.
I've been immerse in many experiences.. It still freaks me out thinking on the events..
There's no such thing as ghosts. The video is not real, you can tell it was doctored by the way the figure comes into frame. There's a million ways that people can trick themselves into thinking they had some supernatural experience, but it's either because they're already scared, or they want what they are interpreting to be real. I've been a huge fan of all things occult since I was 8 years old, I've dabbled in witchcraft, I've entertained psychics, and I've tried to reach the other side in more ways than I want to admit, and I promise, there's nothing that cares to make itself known to us except our repressed fears, and overstimulated imaginations. Next time you feel you're not alone, just sit in the anxiety for a few extra seconds, and you will realize the "ghost" is really just your nervous system at work.

At my 20 year college reunion, I showed my wife a repeat on demand haunting in our old theater. She didn't believe me until she watched a solid steel locked door open on it's own by just knocking on it. It would do it a hundred times in a row if you wanted, I never figured it out through scientific explanation. And if you held on to the door knob, it would pull it from your hand. The room was all concrete block with one way in and out.

Sure because if there’s anything that we don’t know what it is. It must be ghosts or god. I mean everything that we used to attribute to the supernatural, that we now understand, has been mostly ghosts or god right? Radio probably ghosts. Airplanes, held up by god. And on and on. I mean the odds are. Between smoke and a ghost. Ghosts are much more likely so it’s definitely a ghost.

Wow that must mean ghosts are real!! I'm convinced now, I'm actually on my way to the Catholic Church with my kids. I'm going to leave my kids with the priests so they can "teach" my kids about ghosts. They've already told me that the priests and them have secrets that they can't tell me. I'm so excited, I think the priests taught them about ghosts because my kids looked like they had ectoplasm all over them the other day. Thank you Catholic Church for keeping me and my family safe.
