I shot this video using my iPhone on April 30, 2012 to advertise a house I had just listed. The house sits across from the Warwick River and I wanted to show people just how close the river was. It wasn’t until I got back to the office to upload the footage to YouTube that I realized what I had captured. If you look off to the right you will see a black figure that moves, suddenly disappears, then reappears. The shape is clearly that of a person but there was NO ONE ELSE THERE when I shot the video. I am posting this on YouTube so you can be the judge whether or not this is an actual ghost, but I for one, think it is. Brad Anderson is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia for RE/MAX Peninsula.
