There is SO much dirt in the animal community. I could be here days going off about the roadside zoos and horrible "tiger kings" of Ontario

19. Animal Aid Unlimited, India is an actual organization where they actually heal animals so comparing them to other channels that abuse them is pretty lame in my eyes. The worst they do is have clickbait titles and use emotional music.

22. for me, i found animal abuse by a Vietnam hacker, by he will hacking old youtube channels then upload videos that helps anime but it fake

23. Same thing with channels repairing "thrown" gaming consoles. The initial footage is always like a Nintendo 3DS in what looks to be a landfill in a puddle of mud. Apparently it's not enough to make a guide to how to disassemble and repair consoles. You want that money shot for the thumbnail with the console looking like Arnold in the showdown with the Predator. No way those consoles look so dirty accidentally, especially when after the cleaning is done they don't even seem to have a scratch on them, let alone dents or broken parts that cannot be replaced easily, like memory card dust cover flap or anything not making it possible for the restored console to look brand new after the repair.

24. I am a happy puppy owner of two under one year old puppies I’m not the greatest owner but I try. deep down if I ever find these people who hurt these puppies and animals and I can do anything the horrific war crimes I would commit on them

29. Cats and puppies in a sack or stuck in something or just in garbage or sewer getting found while already filming. A lot of these are filmed in reverse and they usually die off after being used in 2 or 3 vids. Its sick.

31. to be fair, not ALL animal rescue videos are fake (but most are) a good way to tell if an animal rescue video is fake is to notice things like this

    1. is there music playing at all?
    2. is someone else recording or is the same person doing the "rescuing" recording?
    3. a basic point but is there a clickbait title and thumbnail
    4. is the YouTube channel a regular guys channel or a quote on quote "rescue" channel

35. I can’t finish watching this video. I’ve seen some of the turtle videos. My heart felt like something was wrong with the content. Thank you so much for talking about this and bringing awareness to these videos.

36. The only rescue channel I truly trust and believe its legitimacy is Hope For Paws.
    I used to binge watch a lot of rescue channels and lately I have realized how horrible they are. Channels like Kritter Klub and Animal Aid Unlimited India or The Dodo have all a super suspicious vibe to it, especially the former. They legit documented a dog being beaten by a lunatic for DAYS, if not weeks, instead of taking that poor dog away from that man immediately…(Dodo also tends to like to show animals abused before saving them). By the time they took that dog, he was already blind and had broken bones everywhere! The Indian channel on the other hand does only show rescues and aftermaths, but the conditions of the animals are insanely gruesome and gory. They claim that the animals have been "injured", but they don't say it how could that happen…

    And then not to mention I have seen small channels where they showed poor tortured animals mutilated to oblivion and pretending to "save" them, without any aftermaths whatsoever.

    I just can not watch animal rescue channels anymore (not even Hope for Paws) cuz lately I have been feeling very empathetic towards animals

    Edit: Now that I saw more about the Indian channel, I am even more disgusted! I can't believe I used to look up to that channel

41. I think laws need to be changed so you you can use violence to protect pets and animals the same way you can to protect people. I would love to legally put feet and hands on animal abusers.

45. The worst thing is barnacles aren't harmful on a turtle's shell. In civilised countries you need a permit to remove them, (if they are burying into a turtle's flesh), which is done by keeping the turtle in still, freshwater, which starves the barnacle and encourages it to detach itself in order to look for a better home.
