3. A lot of times it's better to have no father in the home than it is to have a dysfunctional one in the home negatively impacting their kids. People put too much emphasis on the importance of fatherhood when most males, across the animal kingdom, are very much absent in their offspring's life. 🤣 Biologically speaking a child's mother is a lot more of an important presence in a child's life. This isn't to say fathers are not important, healthy fathers are important. People are too male identified in this patriarchal world. You got kids nowadays using "fatherless" as an insult because people truly believe any male presence no matter how degenerate and toxic it is to a child is more important than no father at all.
