  1. I just wanna say how amazing your channel is, you’ve brought magics lore to life in a way that no one I’ve watched has ever done. All of your content is just so detailed in an interesting way.

  2. This is utterly amazing, Thank you so much for these videos! Long have i been fascinated by this story and many others tied to Dominaria since 1996 during my earliest magic days in the Urzas set, culminating with my fascination with Phyrexia. Long have i read books/comics and wiki articles.Tthere is just something about a video that can tie all this information together and really bring it into perspective. Im totally looking forward to the renewal of the Phyrexian story arc. To which all i can say is ALL WILL BE ONE!

  3. Amazing work, as usual by now. However, my favorite part of the video is the thorough exploration of the personal development. Most lore channels go for the “Mishra bad” and “Uhm actually Urza is a villain” without much depth. I appreciate a lot the effort you put in highlighting the personal experience of characters and understanding how they arrive to certain attitudes or less flattering personality traits. Bravo.

  4. You are without a doubt the best mtg lore channel there is. Doing in depth research into how the lore is woven into the cards making the videos so much more interesting. It also helps that your voice is very nice to listen to.

  5. You should know that this video didn’t appear on my timeline until you made a post about it even though I watch your videos as soon as they’re uploaded. I don’t know anything about the algorithm but maybe look into it cause I’d hate for you to miss out on views when your content is so fucking good.

  6. You really have a great delivery, and easily digestible way to enjoy the lore. My suggestion I hope you can cover my all time favorite character in MTG Kamahl, he's the reason why i became a lover of all things Druidry.

  7. Your best narration yet! I've heard this aspect of Magic lore numerious times, but your take on the most influential saga in the game really stands out. Proud to be a subscriber, keep up the outstanding work!!

  8. I love being able to relax and watch these videos. These are wonderful learning experiences that have me walking away at the end feeling like I learned something new about this card game I like playing. Please keep working hard and we appreciate all of your efforts.

  9. So when I reread The Brothers' War novel recently, one of the things I had really forgotten was how before traveling to Argoth, Urza was showing a lot of regret and self awareness about just how brutal he had been. He had thought he was better than Mishra, as he only committed many of the atrocities and war crimes because it was the only way to keep pace with Mishra. But the thing is, the worst possible thing for those around Urza happened. He was proven right; Mishra was an inhuman monster and Urza was justified in his actions to defeat him at any cost. And that is the philosophy that carried for the rest of his days, where he mercilessly sacrificed entire planes, manipulated blood lines to engineer his own perfect soldiers, toyed with the fabric of reality itself, treated the people around him as nothing but resources or tools to use and cast aside when he was finished with them, and wrecked untold havoc and damage in his single minded goal to destroy Phyrexia. It really sets up the character arc right at the beginning, even if the original authors probably hadnt intended it.

  10. Been playing MTG for years but always found the lore too much to wade into. Your channel has really helped me deepen my understanding in the regard in a digestible format.

  11. I've loved seeing your development as a content creator. No one does magic lore deep dives like you. Thank you for your time and effort here.

  12. Man you really know how to weave the lore of magic in such an engaging and entertaining way. I was entranced every second of this video. Love the work you all do!
