   Which includes the desire to look good, feel better and generally stop aging in its tracks ( well at least can we slow that clock from tick tick ticking on our face and body at least 😀?) and worrying about weight ( especially us women )
   Anyway as Jesus has a different recipe for us all when it comes to healing I'll share my testimony.
   Self control
   Well I have none I discovered. I know it's not about overeating but just the metabolism and health and just everything. So going before him for ages and asking for healing I've suddenly had Holy Spirit take over and literally ( I know this sounds weird ) tell me.what to eat and when. It's not law . It's not bondage it's just being led by him. I'll literally be half way through eating something and he'll say stop. Or, eat slower.
   Now before there was NO WAY I could do this. But remember when Holy Spirit speaks he gives ability because he IS self control. That's a fruit of the Spirit. So where as before no way ! Now it's wow this is being done for me. I've experienced this in the past for many years. But somewhere along the way I lost hold of this ability in the spirit to be led in my eating. I don't know how or when but It seemed to go away or stop or I lost hold of him in this aspect of my life. I dunno what happened. Anyway somehow I ended up here feeling old and fat.
   You see I came from a long life of eating disorders going right back to my teenage years so I know without the Lord there is NO WAY I can control that. It's addiction. And with addiction there's only one way out. HOLY Spirit all the way or impossible as far as I'm concerned. Either he does it or I continually fall and fail.

   Now this might sound like a weight loss program but it's not. That's just a side benefit. It's trusting him to take over my health system and correct and right all that's causing imbalance and literally minister to the "I don't knows" of what's going on inside my body. Every organ, every system. He's not even telling me to eat particularly healthy. Just hand over my health and how and when I eat to him. Then trusting him to supernaturally maintain my health. I'm reminded he says no poisonous thing shall harm me. Even if I was to eat healthy or near perfectly on this earth I would still be taking in many toxins ( poisons ) even in the water I drink plus risk becoming obsessive; which I also had a history of in my eating disorder past. Yes once or twice or many times I was obsessed with food, health, exercise. Diets !!!
   I was even a gym junky at one stage. Until God needed to speak to me from the pulpit bringing this up. Still I was trapped in a never ending cycle. Nothing remained for long enough. Nothing worked consistently. I was tormented with food and body image. Now it's been plummetting into depressive illness because of age and health.

   It's about trusting him to literally BE health for me. Offering up the tension and worry of all these issues. He IS my health. He is my practitioner. He is the righter of wrongs in the unseen of my inner health. I dont want that job. Not the full responsibility of it. He is the balancer. He is the master of time..The effect time has had like childbirth and all the many facets of what makes up my body he can have cos its a burden ive carried and i dont want it. I don't know how to 'keep' myself let's face it.
   He knows how to correct the perfect balance within my frame. He is all, in all.

   You may not have my past or feel as stuffed up as me 🤣
   Or I should say extreme in your symptoms but let's face it we all suffer these feelings and / or symptoms in one way or another.

   Jesus I can't. I'm too old or I'm too sick or I'm too far gone or I'm too tired from trying or I'm too worried or too stressed
   But hey Lord I just realised you're not too anything and I can never be too anything when I have hope. So where does my hope come from ? It comes from You Lord. You alone..
   So God can we make a switch ?
   My loss of hope with this mess I see in my life and your endless unfathomable unceasing power and hope that is contained in you.

   In short Lord please be my power for me and on my behalf. come take out of me and away from me the powerlessness I feel and see so I can start to be revived mind body soul and spirit. Can I know you more today in these needs of my life. The real nitty gritty needs I have
   Can you come and rescue me papa
   You've already sent your Spirit ..Spirit of God be my infilling power and just take over. I give you my powerlessness over these areas and invite you in place of it.

6. I love ndes and believe consciousness exists beyond the body. But find no logic in the premise that we agreed to what we go thru here in this world. Cant find the logic why someone agrees to be tormented by being born in a deformed body, handicapped or in pain etc.

8. There is a problem. All ndes are not uniform in the first place. Non Christians do not generally report nde. And the orientals have an altogether different experience. Lack of uniformity is perplexing. But i guess that unconditional love and unconditional forgiveness are the essential signposts in life.

10. The lady said she was reminded that she agreed to do certain business on Earth and that's why she had to come back. So, why didn't the interviewer ask her what was the business she had to come back to finish and who were the other non relatives she saw in that near death experience. What a horrible interviewer.

11. God is very, very, very real. After we physically die, we'll all mysteriously ushered into the presence of God or Jesus Christ. Whereby, no words are needed. Why?. It's just You an God or Jesus Christ.

14. Near death experiences happen to all races and religions. Often the experience of love etc is common but a catholic will believe they are in heaven a Muslim somewhere else a Buddhist somewhere else again.

17. Kelly asked basically the opposite questions I wanted to know. We have a possible eyewitness who saw the nature of existence and heaven and the divine and she asks, “Was it hard to come back? How did it change you?” C’mon, Kelly!

19. The part where she said, "I had agreed to do this before I was born" really hit home for me. I've had some really interesting struggles in my life and there were times I just didn't understand why there was so much pain. I grew up in a somewhat religious household but I considered myself to be agnostic for most of my life. One of my best friends introduced me to some strong psychedelic drugs and I can remember having very strong experiences while doing them. There was always this weird sense of "I've been here before, I know this place!" and when I came back to reality, I couldn't find the words to articulate my experiences. It is actually quite maddening because those experiences were immensely educational in many ways.

    I've never had an NDE before but I've had other similar experiences that led me to realize that things are interconnected in many complicated ways but at the end of the day, you can't go wrong by loving others and allowing yourself to enjoy being loved. I think that's the hardest thing for many people — they don't feel they deserve all the love in the universe so they go through life with a very defensive posture that makes others think they are mean, narrow-minded, etc. — when in reality they're just fearful of accepting unconditional love.

31. That "voice" is usually right. 8 years ago when my husband and I were beginning to date we were scheduled to go on his motorcycle for a weekend trip. I had a deep feeling of foreboding but didn't mention it because I wanted to spend that weekend with him. Those same feelings continued through our first night.
    The next day, a deer hit us and we were badly hurt.
    Those intuitive messages should not be ignored.

This TV show didn't ask the right questions and left so much out of her the entire story. I've gotten somewhat obsessed with watching NDE stories and I am so fascinated with the fact that every single person who gives their account, no matter where they live in the world and no matter what their religion(if any) they're experiences are so similar in so many ways. The white light, the profound love and peace, a man's presence at their side, angels appearing, deceased loved ones appearing, no sense of time, communicating telepathically, seeing the beautiful flowers and fields etc. Its so incredible. Praise Be to our God and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is King. Heaven is real.
