  1. Its really hard to see an animal in this composure. Animals can be mean but it is because they have been taught to be. And even though alot go through the worst hell with dead beat owners, they still wanna live and love someone. Amazon car hop trays.

  2. Let me just point out that she has a 3:27 HUGE HUGE heart on her fur and shes just an adorable baby… =) I feel so bad for her, what she must have been put through to be this timid and afraid… I see in the comments that shes been adopted and I am happy that shes in her forever home. Thank you for doing this for her, yall are definitely heroes.

  3. When they talked about her puppies and how because of hookworms, only 3 out of 8 survived it resonated deep in my heart.

I got my previous dog when she was only 1 month old and she was afflicted with hookworms to the point where the vet gave us two options: euthanasia or heavy treatment that could kill her because the dosage was way above what was recommended for a puppy that young.

I took the treatment path and she was the sole survivor of her entire litter, it took 2 months for her to be able to eat on her own as her digestive system would heal over time and we fed her baby food as it was apparently well recommended in her case.

Nature wanted her dead at 1 month old, we took her to over 13 years old and despite me not being a religious person, I do hope she is chasing rabbits up there somewhere.

  4. Those kids are doing such an amazing thing reading to her and just sitting there. Rescues need to know they have personal space around humans.

  5. I adopted a young dog who suffered from some sort of PTSD, did nothing but shake. Now he's socialized and happy, but still a nervous type. It took a good year before he really opened up.

  6. Poor baby girl! Think she'd really come out of her shell if there was another dog in the home to show her how to be a dog and go on walks with. I hope she gets to come out of that pen and explore her surroundings so she can get familiar with her foster home. 😢

  7. 🥰♥️♥️I enjoy whenever I see human's kindness to animals, and feel incredible whenever I see a real freedom, and justice relations between humans ♥️👍

  8. Yes. This is sad! I wonder if she’s afraid to eat bc it’s so immersive- she can’t be hyper vigilant while eating or maybe it was just the hookworm. Those hookworms have nutritional needs the starvation might in a weird way help. I’ve read dogs who are pregnant, the hookworms go right into the puppies while they’re in the womb so you have to worm the puppies too. It’s highly contagious. Just fyi as I’ve found vets don’t always seem worried adequately.
