  1. This is so very heartbreaking. Those of us who came out of Fiona unscathed, but for losing our power for a day or two, and the contents of our fridges and freezer, need to be so very Grateful…..so very grateful.

  2. If you are ever left in the wake of a disaster, I can think of no better place to be than NFLD. You know that your friends and neighbors will be there to help you. GB the ppl of NFLD.

  3. I don't live out east but if I learned anything from the hurricanes that rip through the states is…….stop building on the coastline. I know it's hard or easier said than done but this is harder. My heart and prayers to my fellow people

  4. These are newfies..they are strong people with enormous heart. They can and will rebuild but its so sad to see the loss of loved ones. Those islanders have had to become a tough group of folks ,and this isnt their first rodeo. Please do what you can for these people as they dont often ask for help so when they do ask…you know its bad.

  5. Omg
    I hop
hope everyone is safe now…but if I know the Canadian's from the east coast all pull together and help each other out..so sorry about the woman who lost her life
