7. Sleep paralysis is not a "ghost" thing. They are auditory or visual hallucinations made up by your own brain. Yes, they can be scary to whom experiences it and can lead to other paranoia but it's just made up by your brain and it's actually nothing to be scared of in and of itself. It can be avoided and even stopped midway. I dont know why they'd include it in a video about supposed "ghost" stories.

Well i have some experiences when i was like 6or7 i was making a sandwich and i saw like completely dark shadow like run behined me and i looked back and i called my brother in a low voice and was like brother if u are there please dont scare me like that no response i quickly made sandwich and dash to the room only to see my mom and my brother peacfully laying on bed
    And when i was nine the same thing happened again but this time i was in THE BATHROOM like a completely dark shadow came from the wall and enter another wall and his hight was like as short as mine and i came from the bathroom like nothing ever happened and another i was idk how may years old but i was older11or12 i was laying on the bed my mom came and told me to have dinner and i was like i dont wanna eat she was like ok and went away after sometime i legit hear a female voice shouting my name (my ears brust out at that time)and at the same time my mom came ot of my grandfathers room with like the food and stuff and i went out and was like mom did u call me she look at me confuse and was like no i didnt i was scared i went back to my room
    And anither i was 12 years i was sleeping and i thought mom came and told me wake up u are gonna be late for prayer (i am a muslim) and i said ok littrally with my eyes close and after mins later i quickly wake up of fear lile what if mom comes and i am not awake she littraly goona beat me up and when i look at my right my mom was sleeping and when i look at the clock it was 3:00 full 3:00 i ligit thought someone came and said u will be late and i even replyed with half close eyes i was scared and hugged my mom
    That's it i know it is not scary but it is my experience
    Along time ago when me and my mom went to her mom's house
    All of my cousin and aunts were there my grandma told us that when she was sleeping somthing suddenly jumped on her and started choking her and when she looked it was me (like a ghost had a face of me)and idk how she woke up from.that sleep paralyise

25. (This is not my story) once i was at home i went into my bedroom my sister was already asleep. I said just getting my towel to go bath okay? Im coming now then she said in a very angry voice "COME LAY DOWN NOW" i was confused cause my sister normally isnt like that… i quickly took my towel and ran out then i saw my sister coming out of the bathroom wet i said sis? Yes she said what are you doing there.. arent you in the room? No.. i dont know what would of happend if i went to sleep with that figure…

30. OKAY SO HERE'S MY STORY :
    32 km away from my current place there's my newly constructed house it was actually my grandparents house they had passed away 22 years ago ik that's a long time and hence the house was abandoned since 22 years so in 2020 we thought to repair and reconstruct it nicely and live there it has 3 floors and since it's just 1 lane away from the highway in the market there's no place for lawn and stuff there so the 1st floor kinda spooks me out there are 3 bedrooms in there 1 is new and 2 are old as I already mentioned above that it's an old house in which my grandparents were living now coming back to the point there's actually a photo frame of my father's brother, my uncle who has also passed away 17 years ago and his photo frame is kept in the old bedroom and I feel just because of that frame the room is full of negative vibes and whenever I look through the window of that room I feel like my dead uncle's spirit calling me again and again after experiencing it every time I finally told my parents about it and they literally scolded me said you always see creepy stuff on your laptop and make stories out of it and I was speechless one day they called a priest at the house idk the reason and you guys won't believe that the priest said that the spirit of my uncle who died 17 years ago…his spirit is wandering around and that is why I am experiencing it and when I heard that I cried my heart out because yk I was the one who was going through all that….I'm still experiencing this shit and I cannot handle it at all the priest has now decided that we'll have to do something for the spirit asap.

34. I've a similar experience like Lisa, I didn't hear banging or stuff but someone started yelling in my ear "Can't you hear me!?" I couldn't move nor could say something, I was screaming internally but my lips just couldn't open. From that day I frequently experience sleep paralysis but I don't see any hallucinations

Saw a girl sitting on the bench wearing a white uniform, it was raining that time so they approach the girl and Jin give his jacket to a girl but then he saw the girl was holding a red pen So Jin and taehyung (or jhope) ran away because they are so scared. Jin even said the pink jacket that he gave was he's favorite because it is her mom's gift for him.
