I can tell you what the worm-like creature is. Thankfully, it's nothing too terrifying. Those are salamander eggs! That is definitely a large mass of them and worth filming. Thanks for showing such a cool clip. 😁
Edit: Update to specify that these eggs belong to salamanders and not toads. I'm not as well versed on Asian wildlife, but I'm learning!

The lights are most likely moisture that's dropped on the lens then evaporated. The pregnant lady looks like she has a face on her abdomen to me, not a hand.

God, the last clip is a bloke in a costume, it moves so badly like someone trying to crawl fast…. Then everyone “runs in terror except the cameraman who stands calmly getting everyone fleeing
10:57 you can see that the camera goes in reverse so whatever it it the video was edited to make the creature appear to be running into the forest but i think it’s actually running out and they reversed the video. It’s probably some sort of somehow related to monkeys or goats of some kind.

Im fairly positive the worm looking thing is actually a bryozoan colony grown over a rope or tree roots or something like that. It wouldn't be the most normally shaped colony but the coloration and texture certainly seem to match

The slimy wormlike creature appears to be some sort of amphibian eggs. Many amphibians lay them in strands like that and Japan is home to some actual giant amphibian salamander relatives.
