I had a Doberman as a young child and he was extremely protective of me and my brother. Even snapping at my father if he tried to pick us up while we were sleeping by him. Best dog we ever owned. RIP Deacon

Well of course he saved her. I believe most dogs are naturally born with the desire to serve their masters. My roommate’s Rottweiler woke me by licking my face after I fainted and took a big fall. He stayed glued to my side for several days afterward. What a good boy he is!

My German Shepherd was born June 15 2008 he pass away at the age of 12. Year 2020 when my Kaiser Boy passed away I felt guilt. I thought I have done a good job until I realize that I never got him enough treats, never took him out often as I should have. I loved him but felt I let him down, I really believe I didn’t do enough of a good job so please if you reading this take your dog out more often and play with them. They are truly heroes, they are your best friends who will never judge you no matter what. I was a average owner so do your best because when they are gone it’s to late to make it up.

Wow you never see Doberman's in the shelters where I live which is a good thing. However as a long time Doberman owner I know how protective they are. I would hate to see someone try and mess with my 6 yr old grand daughter with my big European male around would not be pretty lol.

Animals are the kindest and loyalists species than humans… Just a small cuddle Animals show their true love, but we(humans) ditch each other only for selfishness… We evolve from APES but we lack dignify, respect and humanity towards others…. Pity on ourselves…
