As young long time listener i have always backed vice and the information that (VICE) has provided to my self. This is the first time i have thought ….. they have lost their way. Owning and living in area's that are likely to be induced to a natural disaster is the risk that the person takes when living in an area. This is just more silk talk and im gutterd to not be able to back vice on this one. Risk comes with reward ( like moving into theese area's) but sometimes risk fails.
