I've watched this video many times when the guy stopped trying to get in and turned to Walk off the girl's father should have stopped firing the gun because he was no longer a threat and he shot him in the back as he was walking away.

The "grand jury" system was invented in the U.K. in the Middle Ages for the king to keep the peasants in line, there are two states in the U.S.

I still think he should have serve prison time. The kid was unarmed, didn't pose a threat and technically wasn't inside their house.
He was just delivering pizza. I guess they didn't like pepperoni.
There shouldn’t be any charges anyway. You can’t just break down the door down at someone’s house. Or you’ll get shot. Second amendment at its finest.
Now we will never know if the ex-girlfriend and/or parents lured her ex-boyfriend to their house to kill him, also knowing whether the ex-boyfriend was attempting to rescue her from the abusive parents or not.
Facts: We all can hear his slow slurred voice on the recording, on the video we can see him slowly breaking through the door unarmed and entering while hearing the father's warning that he's armed.
Questions: Was the father lying & waiting to shoot him, why didn't he fire a shot along with his verbal warning?
That family isn't innocent, this time they got away with the killing this young man, fortunately they will have to live with this for the rest of their lives and knowing their neighbors & co-workers will be watching every move they make in the future.
