8:02 “Take cocaine for example… don’t take cocaine.”
During this shelter-in-place thing my biopsych teacher isn't even trying but simply linking us to a bunch of crash courses. Thank you, for creating these. You're greatly appreciated by many students (and others) who have teachers that don't want to try.

"fortunately, your nervous system has better text etiquette than your mom, and knows when each kind is appropriate to use and how to do it" that made me laugh out loud & "take cocaine, for example. Don't take cocaine" That got me!
Drugs are bad mmmmmm'kay
I like your vibe sir
What. COCAINE?!
>_< so cute!
I used to hate these videos back in high school because my teacher used to show these instead of slowly introducing and teaching the topic, which made every student feel overwhelmed and stressed. Now that I’m in college, these are so great for reviewing material because they go super in-depth and explain things very well! Great work!
Chemical synapes be sliding in your DMs
Fortunately, your nervous system has better text etiquette than your mom.

It's like rap! I suggest talking more slowly about academic or scientific topics
9:20 My professor said that you gain receptors resulting in having to have more neurotransmitters for the same effect. You say that you lose receptors and therefore have to have more neurotransmitters for the same effect. Who's wrong?
This method of teaching is EXCELLENT.Thank you SO much 🙂
Awesome this video!!
Love the little cartoon of Johnny Depp swatting at bats like in Fear and Loathing
