12. Now the good thing about this little black and white feline is that it has actually been spayed or neutered I don't know if it's a boy cat or a girl cat I can't tell if an angle. But how you can tell it's been surgically fixed is the veterinarians will cut the tip of the cat's ear off when they've been spayed or neutered especially if it is a stray cat they will do that so they know that cats been fixed.
