A cold front has approached the west coast of South Africa, bringing snow and cold, rainy weather. Temperatures will drop well below freezing in parts of the Cape, the Free State and Lesotho, and snow has fallen in Sutherland, the Afriski Mountain Resort and Matroosberg
residents of Welddrief, located about 150 kilometers from Cape Town on the west coast, witnessed a rather unusual sight: a water tornado swept over the coastal town and then turned into a tornado.
