  1. It's been over 4 years since I took AP World but I come here every once in a while to reminisce. The day of the exam, many of us students overpopulated a teacher's room because he promised to bring donuts for exam day. And we just munched on those donuts, in a dark classroom dimly lit by a small window with the projector playing "the history of the entire world i guess." But we barely paid attention, because small chatter filled the room, and everyone was anxious for the big day.

Looking back, I felt like I was suffering, but now I carry a fond memory of a time where I was challenged to learn; now I take fulfillment in this small-souled vanity. I miss my classmates and wish the best for them (and wish the best for whoever's reading this, too)

  2. Most cultures worked to live interdependently and looked out for the community, except european culture. No one was left to struggle alone..all contributed and all ate..together as a practice. except in european culture.

  3. What does AP mean in the west? Here in the Phil. AP is "ARALING PANLIPUNAN" which literally means social studies so its quite fascinating.

  4. Thank you John Green. Obsessive thoughts won't stop tonight and something about listening to another person who I know struggles with this to makes it easier. Even if he isn't talking about anything related to OCD.

  5. 2012 wow ten years ago I was starting freshman year of hs. These videos seemed like they were made for teens just like me at the time. They got me through so many papers and projects or when it felt I really just had to teach these things to myself. Thank you for all the time, energy and resources it took to make these videos because y’all taught a generation of kids when it seemed like the school system couldn’t. 💗
